What reviewers
examine
The review considers the need a product addresses, its performance evidence, usability, quality and risk information, meaningful improvement and relevant lifecycle arrangements. The evidence must apply to the product and version entered.
An award is a dated assessment of that product dossier. It does not replace regulatory authorisation or product certification. Read the judging criteria.

- Submit. Complete the online entry and retain its receipt.
- Review. Respond to any questions while independent assessments and moderation take place.
- Receive the decision. Read the outcome and feedback. Awarded products move to public-record confirmation and free award materials.
Recognition without a purchase requirement
What an
award includes
Recipients receive a digital certificate, a public entry in the IAHPM Awarded Product Register and standard permission to use the issued award mark, all without charge. Trophies, printed certificates and official labels are optional purchases. Buying an item never affects the decision or the free benefits.

Before you apply
Do I need to be an IAHPM member? No. Members and non-members follow the same rules.
Do I need to send a sample? No. Submit the required reports, product information and online material.
Is an award guaranteed? No. Each entry must meet the published requirements, including the evidence threshold.
Must I buy a trophy to receive my certificate? No. The standard digital certificate and public record are free.
